Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance Indigenous student pathways and success
- Collaborate with senior leadership, faculties, and community partners to advance Indigenous student engagement and retention
- Lead the development and implementation of Indigenous student programs and services
- Provide leadership and support to Indigenous students, faculty, and staff
- Advocate for Indigenous student needs and interests
- Master's degree in Education or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Indigenous student services or education
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful Indigenous student programs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of Indigenous cultures, histories, and experiences
