Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Hospitality Inn Hotel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning and maintenance staff
- Inspect hotel sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Recommend additional services required, such as painting, repairs, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
- Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Relocation costs covered by employer
- Fast-paced environment
- Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability
- Permanent work term
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- English language
