Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, common areas, and public spaces.
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture.
  • Make beds and change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries.
  • Stock linen closets and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Handle and report lost and found items, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Provide basic information on facilities and amenities to guests.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers, and address customers' complaints or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Fast-paced environment and attention to detail.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Overtime required, and standing for extended periods.
  • Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) weight handling.
  • Punctuality, client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, values and ethics.

Work Conditions:

  • Permanent work term.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
