**Responsibilities**

*Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests. *Linen and Supplies Management: Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries. *Guest Services: Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items, information, or assistance with a friendly and helpful attitude. *Public Areas: Clean and maintain the cleanliness of public areas, including hallways, elevators, and common spaces, to uphold the hotel's high standards. *Report Damages: Report any damages, malfunctions, or safety hazards discovered during cleaning duties to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution. *Lost and Found: Handle lost and found items following hotel policies, ensuring proper documentation and safe storage. *Compliance with Standards: Adhere to the hotel's established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and brand standards to maintain a consistent guest experience. *Respect Guest Privacy: Respect and protect guest privacy and confidentiality, ensuring guest belongings are secure during the cleaning process. *Teamwork: Collaborate with other housekeeping team members and hotel staff to ensure efficient room turnover and overall guest satisfaction. *Maintain Clean Work Area: Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas organized and well-stocked with supplies to facilitate seamless cleaning operations.

**Qualifications**

*Housekeeping Experience: Previous experience as a hotel housekeeper or in a similar cleaning role is preferred. *Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and pay attention to detail during cleaning tasks. *Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and pushing heavy equipment or furniture. *Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members courteously and professionally. *Customer Service Orientation: A guest-focused attitude with the ability to respond to guest requests promptly and deliver exceptional service. *Time Management: Strong time management skills to efficiently complete cleaning tasks within the allocated time frame. *Adaptability: Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays, and handle varying workloads in a fast-paced hotel environment. *Cleaning Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols to ensure a safe and clean working environment. *Confidentiality: Respect for guest privacy and confidentiality when handling lost and found items or cleaning guest rooms. *Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and hotel team members to achieve common goals.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.50/hour.
