We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee our food service team and ensure the smooth operation of our department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness, adhering to all relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed, minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in food service or hospitality, with a proven track record of leadership and teamwork.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures, with the ability to maintain compliance and ensure a safe working environment.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing a team and making sound decisions under pressure.
