Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Forever 21. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Assign sales associates to duties and ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales associates to improve their performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and visual merchandising, to drive sales growth and improve store operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
