Sales Team Lead

Mammoth Graphics 2020 Inc is seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to lead a team of sales workers to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and resources to succeed.
- Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to achieve sales targets.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Parking available on site.
