About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent technical and interpersonal skills to join our talented team in delivering outstanding service and innovation to our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in hydrogeology and experience in contaminant hydrogeology, including site characterization, aquifer assessments, and in-situ remedial programs.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Physical and contaminant hydrogeology;
  • Conceptual groundwater model development involving geologic interpretation;
  • Monitoring well and pumping well installations in overburden and bedrock;
  • Pumping test design, execution and interpretation;
  • Familiarity with analytical and numerical modelling of groundwater flow and contaminant migration;
  • Assessment and interpretation of groundwater quality;
  • Prepare technical reports, proposals, and documentation related to hydrogeology; and
  • Providing technical advice to junior team members.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, registered or eligible for registration as a P.Geo. or P.Eng. in one or more Canadian or U.S. jurisdictions, and a degree in Water Resources, Civil, Environmental Engineering or Geology. The ideal candidate will have experience in contaminant hydrogeology, excellent technical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to participate successfully as a contributor to a project team, and to mentor junior team members.
