Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at GameStop. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Assist in the management of inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist in the management of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college coursework or a degree in business or a related field preferred.
