We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at La Vie en Rose. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
- 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
