Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to join our team at GameStop. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff and assigning duties, determining merchandise and services to be sold, and resolving issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and a positive store environment.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold in the store, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise in the store.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
