We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Office Assistant to join our team at Adaku Ifebuzor Professional Corporation. As a Medical Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
About the RoleThis is a 7-month contract position that requires the ability to work on site at a healthcare institution or clinic. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Greet patients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate service areas or contacts.
- Provide basic information to clients and the public, answering their queries and resolving any issues they may have.
- Process information required to provide customer service, including scheduling appointments and sending invoices.
- Record and relay information accurately and efficiently.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages, providing emergency services when necessary.
- Enter data into computer systems and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all clients feel valued and supported.
