Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Atlas Landscaping Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, estimating labour and materials, and supervising landscape construction work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities to ensure high-quality results.
  • Estimate labour and materials required for landscape construction projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate landscape construction work to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Tender and administer contracts for landscape maintenance and construction services.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours of work per week.
