  • Plan and Estimate Labour and Materials: Develop detailed project plans, including labour and material requirements, to ensure accurate budgeting and scheduling.
  • Plan, Manage, and Supervise Landscape Construction Work: Oversee the execution of landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Maintain Work Records and Logs: Keep accurate records of project progress, including labour hours, materials used, and any issues encountered.
  • Tender and Administer Contracts: Develop and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring all parties are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Requisition or Order Materials, Equipment, and Supplies: Source and procure the necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support project delivery.
  • Resolve Work Problems, Provide Technical Advice, and Recommend Measures to Improve Productivity and Product Quality: Identify and resolve issues that may impact project delivery, providing technical guidance and recommendations to improve efficiency and quality.
