Electrical Substation Control and Protection Team Lead

BBA Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Substation Control and Protection Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians in the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical substation control and protection systems.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical substation control and protection systems.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- University degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical substation control and protection projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and French.
