Electrical Substation Control and Protection Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Substation Control and Protection Engineer to join our team at BBA Consultants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing protection panels, drafting installation specifications, and participating in site surveys.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop protection panels and control systems for electrical substations
- Draft and review installation specifications and equipment lists
- Participate in site surveys and commissioning activities
- Coordinate with managers from other disciplines to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
Requirements
- University degree in engineering
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
- More than three years of experience in control and protection
- Knowledge of design software
- Available for short- and long-term work assignments at client sites in Canada
