Job Description

At Powerite Automotive Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
