Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Practice Lead - Incident Response Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Cyber Security Incident Management team, you will play a critical role in overseeing response activities within the Bank.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing cyber incident response strategies, integrating automation solutions to improve efficiency, conducting complex digital investigations, and providing detailed analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough investigations into cybersecurity incidents, analyzing data and identifying root causes.

  • Develop and implement effective incident response plans, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of security breaches.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions, improving process efficiency and reducing response times.

  • Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of our cybersecurity measures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and improve performance metrics and indicators, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in digital investigation concepts, with a strong understanding of corporate cybersecurity environments.

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Familiarity with operational cybersecurity principles and practices, including security operation center (SOC) concepts.
