Key Responsibilities

  • Establish effective methods to meet work schedules, prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • The Senior Kitchen Team Lead will be required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
  • The role also involves walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling, making it essential for the candidate to possess excellent physical stamina and agility.
