At Hire Intellect, we are seeking an IT Contract and Invoice Coordinator to join our team in Regina, SK.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

About the Role

This is a contract role with a hybrid schedule, requiring 2 days of on-site work per week. As an IT Contract and Invoice Coordinator, you will assist our Vendor Management Associates in engaging and managing our contingent workforce.

Your responsibilities will include releasing Request for Resources (RFRs) to vendors, sending Statements of Work (SOWs) for signature through Docusign, creating purchase orders in SAP, and tracking all contingent workforce contracts in Service Now.

You will also work closely with our Invoice Administrator to manage IT hardware-related invoicing, mobile and landline phone support, and creating purchase orders in SAP.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly;
  • A proactive approach to driving efficiencies and solving problems;
  • An intuitive mindset, able to think critically and recommend solutions for complex situations;
  • A customer-centric approach, focused on delivering exceptional service;
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT, including contract and invoice management;
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel;
  • Knowledge of IT concepts, language, and acronyms.
Nice to Have

Experience with Service Now, creating purchase orders in SAP, and routing documents for electronic signature using Docusign would be an asset.
