The University of Saskatchewan's College of Law invites applications for a tenure-track position. This opportunity is ideal for scholars with expertise in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Torts, and Private Law. Candidates with experience in Aboriginal and Indigenous Law are strongly encouraged to apply.
As a tenure-track professor, you will be expected to engage with the student population in the classroom, contribute to the teacher-scholar model, and conduct high-quality research. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with members of the University's academic community, specifically the Graduate Schools of Public Health, Public Policy, and Environment and Sustainability.
This position includes a comprehensive benefits package, which includes dental, health, and extended vision care plans, a pension plan, life insurance, academic long-term disability, sick leave, travel insurance, death benefits, an employee assistance program, a professional expense allowance, and a flexible health and wellness spending program.
Estimated Salary: $99,945 - $140,253 per annum. Depending on qualifications and experience, the salary will be determined at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level.
To be eligible, candidates must hold a JD or comparable advanced degree and provide a current CV, three academic letters of reference, samples of peer-reviewed publications, and copies of both peer and student teaching evaluations if available.
