About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase membership and revenue.
  • Lead the Team: Motivate and guide our coaches to deliver exceptional results and experiences.
  • Community Engagement: Organize and participate in local events to promote KidStrong and build relationships with our community.
  • Staff Development: Utilize our comprehensive training tools to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, managing resources and logistics to maintain a high-energy environment.
Requirements
  • Experience with Children: Proven ability to work effectively with kids aged 15 months to 11 years.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with parents, guardians, and staff.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Google, Microsoft, and social media platforms.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
