We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at White River Bar and Grill Inc.

Job Summary

The Server will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities
  • Take orders from customers and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
  • Upsell and promote menu items and special offers to increase sales and revenue.
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience as a Server or in a related role is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
