Dining Room Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Dining Room Supervisor to join our team at Inn On The Lake. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our dining room staff, ensuring that they are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.
- Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
