Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead to join our team at McCallum Sandwiches Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
