Job Title: Street Team Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Street Team Supervisor to join our team at Canucks Sports & Entertainment. As a Street Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of Street Team Members, providing exceptional service to our guests, and ensuring a positive fan experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of Street Team Members to deliver exceptional service to our guests
  • Monitor game night staff deployments and execution of game night programming
  • Administer giveaway opportunities and ensure staff engagement with fans
  • Create a positive work environment by providing coaching, recognition, and feedback to staff
  • Assume the role of a Team Lead when not scheduled for a supervisor shift
  • Provide training and onboarding for new Street Team Members
  • Engage with fans in our Family Zone and promote our Kids Club program
  • Conduct annual performance reviews for Street Team Members
  • Support the Team Lead and maintain a positive team environment

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience in the hospitality/service industry
  • Experience in a supervisory role in the event or service industry
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Availability to work 80% or more of the hockey games each season
