Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BB.Q Chicken & Pub Main Street. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Train and supervise food service staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have sufficient supplies to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high quality standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Scheduling: Create and manage schedules to ensure that we have adequate staff coverage during peak periods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
