  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in roofing or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
