Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Roofing Supervisor to join our team at Valad Roofing & Construction Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our roofing division, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofers and other construction personnel
  • Prepare and review production reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Recommend personnel actions and participate in performance evaluations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in roofing or construction management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and heights. A steel-toed safety boot, hard hat, and safety glasses/goggles are required.
