Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Roofing Supervisor to join our team at Valad Roofing & Construction Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of roofing systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Supervise and coordinate roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of roofers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to inspect work in progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing company policies and procedures, conducting regular safety inspections, and providing training to employees on safety protocols.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering).
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in roofing supervision or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work at heights, and knowledge of roofing systems and materials.
Working Conditions
