Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Meat Processing Specialist to join our team at BC Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meat cutting and processing, with excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
  • Cut carcasses, sides and quarters
  • Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Cut poultry into parts
  • Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
  • Cut fish into steaks and fillets
  • Grind meats
  • Slice cooked meats
  • Prepare special orders
  • Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
