About the Role:
The Sales Representative is a key member of our team at Viega GmbH & Co. KG, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This role requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and business metrics to management, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
