Job Title: Motel Managing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at OM MAA PRABHU INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Setting:

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced hotel, motel, or resort environment, where they will be responsible for:

  • Performing same duties as workers supervised
  • Assisting clients/guests with special needs
  • Co-ordinating, assigning, and reviewing work
  • Hiring and training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintaining operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arranging repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisitioning materials and supplies
Supervision:

The Motel Managing Supervisor will be responsible for supervising 3-4 people.
