Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and food preparation
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
  • Develop and implement menus and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
