Job Title: Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at La Nettoyer Framing Ltd. in a permanent position.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will oversee the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient project completion
  • Oversee the safety of operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting project progress and any issues that may arise
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, ensuring accurate measurements and quality control
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, working collaboratively with the construction team
  • Measure weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting, ensuring accurate calculations and safe lifting practices
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and quality
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
  • Physical stamina to work in a physically demanding environment
