About the Role

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is a global leader in building information modeling (BIM) services.

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Expert to join our Technology Consulting Group.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of BIM software and experience in developing detailed design drawings with supervision.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality deliverables, collaborating with project managers and other design team members, and ensuring designs meet local, state, and federal code requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed design drawings with supervision.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with project managers and other design team members.
  • Ensure designs meet local, state, and federal code requirements.
  • Find solutions to design problems and communicate unresolved items for review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required (engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.) and 10 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of other experience preferred.
  • RCDD or prepping for the RCDD license examination is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD MEP and Revit MEP.
  • Familiarity with network, wireless, access control, and audiovisual design requirements.
