Job Title: Executive Director Membership

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director Membership to join our team at Cheer Sport Sharks Limited.

Job Summary:

The Executive Director Membership will be responsible for leading the membership department and developing strategies to increase membership growth and retention. This role will also oversee the implementation of membership programs and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement membership strategies to increase growth and retention
  • Oversee the implementation of membership programs and services
  • Lead the membership department and manage a team of staff
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Monitor and analyze membership data to inform decision-making
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in membership management or a related field
  • Proven track record of increasing membership growth and retention
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
