Job Summary:

Old Dutch Foods Ltd. is a family-owned company seeking a self-motivated individual to join its team as a Route Sales Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering, selling, and servicing Old Dutch/Humpty Dumpty products to retailers in the Brampton area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and merchandise products onto store shelves and displays.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure product freshness.
  • Operate a handheld invoicing computer system and process daily settlements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Grade 12 education (Post-Secondary education is an asset).
  • Sales experience or retail experience is an asset.
  • Valid and clean Class 5 driver's license (Drivers abstract must be provided).
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from various locations (Mileage paid where applicable).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective organization skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Able to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, kneeling, etc.).
