About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Development to join our team at Electronic Arts Inc. This is a unique opportunity to lead the development of our next-generation products and drive innovation in the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of product roadmaps and execution plans to meet business objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and requirements.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and resource plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential and drive business results.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior-level operations and leadership experience in the gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of leading large teams and delivering successful products on time and within budget.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally to engage with partner studios and stakeholders.

What We Offer

Electronic Arts Inc. offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary range of $193,600 - $271,700 CAN Annually, depending on location. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation, sick time, paid parental leave, extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, and a retirement plan.
