About the Role

At BGIS, we are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Sourcing team, you will play a critical role in collecting and analyzing data related to supplier spend by Client and category.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data related to supplier spend by Client and category
  • Prepare vendor compliance reports using analytical and Business Intelligence tools
  • Schedule Supplier Business Reviews, collect and prepare data & deck
  • Analyze supplier responses to set up documents and provide detail analysis
  • Develop statistical data to assist the Sourcing team
  • Use databases, electronic spreadsheets, and statistical applications to manipulate, analyze, and present data
  • Provide information and analysis findings in a format that allows for its use by the Sourcing Team

Requirements

  • College diploma in business or other relevant program
  • Additional training in contract law
  • 1 – 3 years related experience
  • Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken) preferred
  • Experience with contract negotiations and administration
  • Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Proficiency with Oracle or RealSuite application is an asset
