Job Title: Life Enrichment Coordinator

Premium Caulking Inc. is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team. As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing recreational, fitness, and sports activities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead recreational programs that promote physical and mental well-being
  • Collaborate with staff to plan and execute events and activities
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
