Job Title: Life Enrichment Coordinator

Premium Caulking Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing recreational, fitness, and sports activities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development: Design and deliver engaging recreational programs that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service and support.
  • Logistics and Scheduling: Coordinate schedules, manage resources, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
