About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Scotiabank as a Senior IAM Product Manager, where you will play a key role in defining the business objectives and roadmap for our IAM platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for IAM, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, clients, and technology teams.
  • Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and cost allocation models to support product decisions.
  • Report on product status, metrics, and key achievements, using data-driven insights to inform future decisions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7+ years' experience in Product Management or equivalent.
  • 4+ years' experience in Information Security or Information Technology.
  • 4+ years working with IAM platforms.
  • Previous exposure to Regulatory, Compliance, Risk, and Audit functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the information security industry and with security software products.
  • Excellent understanding of financial principles in large enterprise organizations.
  • Experience working with complex processes.
