As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Manage client social media strategies on multiple platforms
* Sourcing, creating, and planning content for clients' social media
* Develop email campaigns (Klaviyo & Mailchimp)
* Create content
* Work on websites (Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, etc.)
* Design graphics (Canva)
* Develop and present monthly reports to clients
* Manage the Social Media Coordinator and assign tasks as needed

Qualifications/Skills:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Min. 3 years experience in marketing
* Ability to manage multiple priorities
* Knowledge of all social networking platforms
* Possess a strong understanding of social media and digital marketing
* Intuitive design and aesthetic understanding
* Strong experience with design tools such as Photoshop and Canva (Canva experience is required)
* Experience with Mailchimp and email marketing
* Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Efficient work capabilities
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Agency experience considered an asset

Requirements:

* Experience in: Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Canva, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, MailChimp, Klaviyio
