Transportation Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Specialist - Banking Clients to join our team at GardaWorld Cash Services. As a key member of our operations and administration team, you will be responsible for overseeing client relations, handling escalations, and coordinating requests across departments.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor service quality and prepare monthly reports on negotiated service agreements
- Maintain client profiles in our computer system and generate reports on databases associated with client case management
- Conduct thorough research to find missing items to complete transactions and support clients with cash management aspects of contracts
- Have knowledge of accounting principles, including general ledger accounts, debits, and credits
- Knowledge of banking back office and accounting processes
- Knowledge or experience in Cash Management and Secure Transport is an asset
- Bilingual (spoken/written) in English and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
