Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our branch, including tasks such as project management, event planning, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the branch, including project management, event planning, and day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with the implementation of BOSS Professional Standards within the branch.
  • Support the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Provide overall support to the branch leader and Operations Manager for financials, including the drafting of invoices, submitting of Accounts Payable, and reconciling reports.
  • Act as liaison between IT and the branch, communicating servicing requests, technology software and hardware requests, and issues.
  • Partner with Assistant Managers on the implementation of training as needed and ensure priority items are resourced and successful.
  • Ensure that Client database and CRMs are regularly audited for accuracy and maintenance, initiate plans to support the team as needed.
  • Coordinate office and staff events, and provide day-to-day administrative support including maintaining and ordering supplies, phone and mail duties, building maintenance, and support as required.
  • Support the teams on ad-hoc reporting and basic organization of files and data.
Requirements
  • Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree
  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Efficiency and attention to detail are paramount in our environment
  • Strong analytical/mathematical skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and produce quality deliverables on time under minimal supervision
