Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Organize and manage inventory, requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Co-ordinate and assign work to team members, conducting performance reviews and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

  • Train and develop staff in duties and policies, arranging training and development opportunities as needed.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and work in a variety of physical environments.
