About the Role
  • Provide administrative support to senior level VPs, including coordinating travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, and managing calendars.
  • Coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts, ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience supporting senior leaders in a large organization, with a proven track record of exercising good judgment in various situations. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is required.
