About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at Pharmascience. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market share in the Quebec region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve net sales objectives and control commercial expenses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including pharmacies, banners, universities, associations, clinics, hospitals, and PMS professional services.
  • Represent Pharmascience at social and sports events, pharmaceutical congresses, and purchasing fairs.
  • Participate in pharmacy training events and programs to stay up-to-date on new developments in the health sector.
  • Stay informed about new products and therapeutic classes to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Manage customer accounts, including sales meetings, contact details, and account performance.
  • Use data analytics tools to analyze sales progress and develop strategic plans to win/keep market share in each account.
  • Work within the framework of the annual promotional budget and develop an annual business plan for the territory.
  • Regularly submit expense reports and maintain accurate records of business activities.
Requirements
  • Extensive business knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong ability to effectively manage projects and processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Availability to travel within the territory (Lanaudière & East Laval).
