Retail Store Supervisor Job Description
At Rossland Grocery, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of retail store staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of retail store staff, including assigning duties and tasks.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, ensuring that our store runs efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Experience an asset.
